This webapp links to twitters free API and can gather potential ambassadors for businesses, and locations of physical shops for direct sales.
All the updates are live, meaning that teams can be taking notes, updating clients information, or scanning the lead’s Twitter feed all at the same time.
Different businesses would get different quality of leads depending on the traffic online, but most could get some use out of the organised way the leads can be managed.
We created this after researching various social monitoring tools, and could see a niche for the smaller businesses that wouldn’t need to scan masses of social data with AI for pattern recognition.
Admins could update each lead within the same page using jQuery live load, which I’m shocked isn’t used as much as it could be in modern web development.
